Racers 52 inches or above can ride by themselves at full speed!
Starting at 46 inches, Racers can ride by themselves on REDUCED speed
Any Racers able to sit up and be buckled in can ride with a Parent or Racer over 16. (only a single ride ticket is needed for 2)
